On October 14th 2009, Lord Christopher Monckton, a noted climate change expert, and former Science Advisor to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher gave a presentation at Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In the following clip he addresses the Climate Change Treaty expected to be signed in December in Copenhagen by president Obama and other world leaders. He doesn’t have much hope for us making it passed December as the great Republic we once were.
Monckton states that the treaty has three distinct purposes. The first is government. (I checked the document myself in PDF and the term appears 13 times.) The former Science Advisor says we will no longer be a sovereign nation once Obama signs this document. There will be no American vote on the issue. It will be sealed and delivered to the co-signers as a promise and a cooperative effort on the part of our country.

The second part the treaty has to do with transfer of wealth to the rest of the world ie redistribution. (Sound familiar?) It’s purpose will be to even the financial playing field with nations who created a “climate debt” for the rest of the world.
Developed country Parties shall provide financial resources and transfer technology to developing country Parties to make full and effective repayment of climate debt, including adaptation debt, taking responsibility for their historical cumulative emissions and current high per capita emissions. Developing country Parties will, in pursuing economic development and poverty eradication, take proactive measures to adapt to and mitigate climate change; Page 127 Paragraph B
And lastly, the treaty will include enforcement. The communist environmentalists who are plaguing this country will impose a world government with other nations and their agendas. There will be no elections, protests, or campaigns against radical agendas because we will not be free to exercise any of the rights we now have under the constitution of the United States of America.
